The 12th-century French theologian and poet Alain de Lille famously wrote, "All roads lead to Rome." When I look back on my life's experiences and trajectory, those words fit more appropriately than I might have imagined. My winding "road" included experience working within the legal system, domestic violence, human resources, and education disciplines, and eventually paving the way to work with individuals struggling in each of those sectors.
I help women and teens process trauma, anxiety, depression, and negativity to reclaim a sense of calm, confidence, and clarity.
I see you.
